(courtesy furman.edu)– Thanks to a National Science Foundation S-STEM (Scholarships in STEM) grant, Furman University has developed a cohort-based program for students who wish to study science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields. The program includes an eight-day pre-college bridge component, a customized peer-based curriculum, enhanced advising, and access to research, study away, internships and other engaged learning tools.
