Columbia College will be hosting the 2016 Teacher Recruitment Fair for SCICU member colleges and universities on Thursday, March 10, 2016.

The event is open to graduating education majors from SCICU member institutions. These student candidates will be seeking opportunities for certified teaching positions beginning in fall 2016.

Forty-two (42) school districts have registered for this year’s Teacher Recruitment Day. During 2015, over 40 school districts and 80+ educations majors from SCICU member colleges and universities participated in the event.

Graduating education majors who wish to participate in the 2016 Teacher Recruitment Day should contact the Career Services Director at their respective colleges and universities.

Registration is now closed for school districts wishing to recruit and participate in the 2016 Teacher Recruitment Day. Questions regarding the 2016 SCICU Teacher Recruitment Day should be directed to Kenetta Pierce at Columbia College (803-786-3848).
