North Greenville presents ‘Light in the Darkness: The Ancient Story of Christmas’

November 14, 2019 by SC Independent Colleges & Universities

TIGERVILLE, S.C. (courtesy ngu.edu) — The North Greenville University (NGU) Cline School of Music will present their Christmas concert “Light in the Darkness: The Ancient Story of Christmas” at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5 at First Presbyterian Church (200 West Washington Street in downtown Greenville).

The Cline School of Music will be joined by the School of Theatre, the concert choir, and the orchestra to present the story of a great God, so in love with His creation that He steps out of the beauty of heaven onto planet earth to make everything right.

“I’m excited about presenting a program that will draw our mind and hearts to the Light of the World this Christmas,” said Dr. Cheryl Greene, professor of music and producer of the concert. “We are pleased to have Joyful Sound joining the choir on two selections of the program.”

Donations will be accepted at the door.
