NGU and Greenville Drive team up May 14 for NGUConnect event

May 13, 2021 by SC Independent Colleges & Universities

TIGERVILLE, S.C. (courtesy ngu.edu) — Find your ball cap, grab your mitt, and join the North Greenville University (NGU) Alumni Association for some baseball in Greenville’s historic West End. NGU will host an NGUConnect event at the Greenville Drive game on Friday, May 14, beginning at 5:30 p.m. Fluor Field is located at 945 S. Main Street in Greenville.

NGU alumni and friends are invited to the stadium’s Champions Club for an all-you-can-eat buffet and premium game seating. Premium tickets are $25 per person. General admission seating for the game is also available for $10 per person. Champions Club tickets are limited, so be sure and make your reservation early.

The Greenville Drive baseball team will host the Brooklyn Cyclones at 7:05 p.m. with spectacular post-game fireworks immediately following the game.

The evening also will include special NGU presentations and videos at the ballpark. It promises to be a special night for the NGU community.

“NGUConnect draws the NGU family together to celebrate our university and why it’s so important in our lives,” said Assistant Vice President for Advancement and Alumni Engagement and event organizer Lamont Sullivan. “Throughout the pandemic, we have missed our alumni family, and we are excited to enjoy a special evening together. I cannot think of a better way to regather than by joining alumni and fans for America’s favorite pastime.”

To reserve your tickets, make a reservation online or by emailing Lamont Sullivan at alumni@ngu.edu or calling 864-663-0177.
