November 13, 2021 by SC Independent Colleges & Universities

SUMTER, S.C. (courtesy morris.edu) — Carlotta Stackhouse, director of the Forensic Center & Student Leadership program at Morris College, has been appointed to the Citizen Advisory Committee for the Columbia Police Department by the Columbia City Council.

Stackhouse’s new appointment to the Citizen Advisory Committee for CPD was approved and voted on by the City Council on October 5.

Citizen Advisory Council members serve up to three ears, with an opportunity to continue for one additional term. Members work on issues of concern and share insights and recommendations that could positively foster and impact relationships between the department and community.
