The Fall Leadership Conference offers members of NAICU’s national board and leadership the opportunity to come together and discuss the issues facing private higher education and chart the association’s response. Meetings are open to members of the:

• National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities State Executives (NAICUSE)
• NAICU Secretariat
• Legal Services Review Panel

All meetings will be conducted virtually.

This CIC institute will bring chief academic officers of independent colleges and universities together with chief student affairs officers and chief diversity officers. It will also include special programming for new CAOs and CAOs in their third and fourth year.

The CIC Senior Leadership Academy is a yearlong program for mid-level administrators in higher education who aspire to senior leadership positions in independent colleges or universities. By completing the program, participants will have acquired considerable knowledge, skills, and experiences that are germane to the portfolio of responsibilities and activities central to the work of a college or university vice president or cabinet officer.

​The fall seminar will be held in Louisville, KY, November 5–7, 2021. The closing seminar will be held in Washington, DC, June 16–18, 2022.
