HARTSVILLE, S.C. (courtesy coker.edu) — As part of its commitment to ensure that all graduates leave with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the career fields of their choice, Coker University this month formally launched its Coker University Career Center.

Led by Founding Director Whitney Watts Bedard, the Career Center has already organized career and graduate school fairs on campus. As part of its commitment to Coker’s students, the Center will also help with resume development and interview preparation, while bringing alumni to campus to discuss career options.

As part of its comprehensive approach, Coker’s Career Center will also help with the coordination of internships for Coker students.

The Career Center was made possible through a $5 million grant the University received last year.

The Coker University Career Center is located at 311 East Carolina Ave.
