Charleston Southern’s partnership in Community Research Institute wins corporate training award

CHARLESTON, S.C. (courtesy charlestonsouthern.edu) — Prestige Awards named Community Research Institute (CRI) the South Carolina Corporate Training Company of the Year for 2023-2024.

Community Research Institute, a partnership between the Charleston Southern University Nielsen College of Business and Abbey Research, provides internships to Charleston Southern business students to conduct research about Gen Z students and workers.

CRI has developed training pertaining to working with different generations. Run by Dr. Kristen Donnelly and Dr. Erin Hinson, corporate trainers at Abbey Research, the institute has also partnered with the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce.
