Benedict College to host cybersecurity virtual summer camp June 22-26

COLUMBIA, S.C. (courtesy benedict.edu) — Benedict College invites middle school and high school students to participate in a week-long deep dive into the world of cybersecurity with its cybersecurity virtual summer camp scheduled for June 22-26. Campers will have the opportunity to gain skills using real-world penetration tools and techniques.

The camp will offer livestreamed presentations and interactive experiences covering cybersecurity, cryptography, software development, and more.

Students and parents interested in Benedict’s virtual cybersecurity camp are asked to email Dr. Leon Geter, program director (leon.geter@benedict.edu) or Dorothy Richardson, project/program coordinator (dorothy.richardson@benedict.edu).
